Recovering the access password to access the DFe Portal is very simple.
It must be done as follows:
1st Access the DF-e Portal
The accountant must access the DF-e Portal, and click on the Resetar senha (Reset Password) option, as shown in the image below.
After that, this screen will open:
2nd Check your Email Inbox
After that, just go to your email and check if you have received the recovery password:
3rd Change Password
After receiving the temporary password, just access the DFe Portal, inform your e-mail, that remains the same, and fill in the temporary password in the password field.
After doing this, this screen will appear.
With that, just enter a new password and click Entrar (Login).
Attention
Cases such as forgotten passwords can be avoided by checking this option when entering the DFe Portal.
