Recovering the access password to access the Dashboard and the DFe Portal is very simple.
Here we will reset the access password for Issuers and Software House.
It must be done as follows:
1st Access the Administrative Panel
Anyone who has a Software House login can reset the password.
Go to the Dashboard link:
https://painel.nstecnologia.com.br/#/home
Go to the Usuários (Users) tab, enter the login email or the person’s registered name and click Pesquisar (Search).

After that, just click on the padlock image:

Then, an alert will appear asking if you want to reset the password, as shown in the image below. To do this, just click Redefinir (Reset).

Clicking on Reset will display the temporary password to be sent to those who lost access.

2nd Change Password
After receiving the temporary password, just access the DFe Portal, inform your e-mail, that remains the same, and fill in the temporary password in the password field.
After doing this, this screen will appear.

With that, just enter a new password and click Entrar (Login).
3rd Another Option to Reset Password
Directly access the DF-e Portal and click on Resetar senha (Reset Password) option as per the image below.

After that, this screen will open:

4th Check your Email Inbox
After that, just go to your email and check if you have received the recovery password:

5th Change Password
After receiving the temporary password, just access the DFe Portal, inform your e-mail, that remains the same, and fill in the temporary password in the password field.
After doing this, this screen will appear.

Then, just enter a new password and click Entrar (Login).
